We were quite surprised when we read your review. We tried to understand what made you twist the truth and make up such a long story. We now understand that your credit card company denied your dispute since we were able to provide a signed agreement which proves that we provided you the service that you paid for. As clearly stated on the contract that you signed, you paid an additional amount of money ($200, not $400 as you said) in order to expedite your PICK UP and not for a guaranteed delivery (we don’t even have an option of guaranteed delivery).
The carrier (Madrid Towing) was at the pickup location on the date that was agreed, but you refused to release the vehicle. Due to the fact that you breached the contract, your request for a full refund was denied. We do regret to hear of your dissatisfaction but we do feel that we did everything possible to help remedy the situation and unfortunately none of the resolutions that we offered were sufficient for you. As all of our many customers know, Allegiance Auto Shipping has a great reputation in the auto transport industry and we strive to make all of our customers happy. We wish you and your family luck. When the driver called the dealership to schedule the pick up time they refused to release the car stating that the car was to be shipped only on an enclosed carrier. The same carrier tried again later that day and when he arrived at the pick up location, there were two other carriers already there to pick up your vehicle. We at no point misrepresented any information given to you. The only reason your vehicle was not picked up by the date we agreed on is because your pick up contact did not release the car. You keep claiming that your car is missing and "stolen" however we have spoken to Fred from Quality Transport several times today to confirm the whereabouts of the car and we have confirmation that you have as well. As explained to you on many occassions today, your vehicle is in transit.
