He booked this order to be picked up on the 4th of July holiday weekend. We informed him that we could not guarantee a pick up of that weekend, however we did have a carrier that wanted to pick up the car on July 5th. That was not good enough for Mr. Omotayo. This clearly was a customer who was eager to get a car he bought online, regardless of how the shipping industry works and wanted to tell us how to do our jobs. There was no grossly over promising, I personaly booked this order and made it clear to this man that we would do our best, however there would be no guarantees due to the holiday. Our office never promises to pick up and deliver on certain days, thats like promising some one they will win the Lotto!
