| Seems Like Extortion to Me! | | I had a contract with M2Reeves on May 13 for the car to be picked up no later than June 18. Given their statement that the car would be picked up within at least 10 days, I assumed all would go well. I didn’t realize however, that they would n... [ More ] | | Mike picked our rockbottom rate wheras about 90 percent of the vehicles are picked up within 10 days of the first available date given which was 6-9. We do offer expedited opitons with guarranteed pickup dates. Mike knew he could expedite at any time. On 6-18 Mike cancelled. We never charged him a penny and we have no cancellation fees. We are sorry we could not move his car faster due to the remote pickup location. [ view ] |

| Don't Prepay | | Never use M2 Reeves and Never Prepay. I prepaid for simple interstate transportation of a running truck. I had to use an echeck to get the best price and they had my money in hand within hours. They also offered a rebate in exchange for submitting... [ More ] | | Matt is not being truthfiul. Matt picked our rockbottom rate to move his car wheras over 90 percent of our cars are picked up within 7 days. On day 6 Matt starting calling and SCREAMING at Maria in our office. She offered him a 100% refund and to cancel his shipment. Our terms and conditons state that we have NO cancellation fee and that all refunds are mailed within 30 days. Matt cancelled on the 20th of July and his 100% refund check was mailed on the 13th of August. Our bank says a customer check can be returned up to 3 weeks after we deposit it. Matt has lied and slandered us on a public website so we have contacted our attorney to protect our rights. We wish Matt the best, but advise him NOT to slander our company or we will hold him accountable. [ view ] |

I was having my car shipped from New York to Illinois and it was very important for me to have it delivered to Illinois by a particular date. I asked my customer service rep how I can MAKE SURE ... [ More ] | | Larry picked our rockbottom rate with no guarantee of pickup or delivery day. He knew it was being sent bulk rate with 9 other families car's on board so he could not pick the schedule. This option works for those that want the cheapest rate and that are NOT in a hurry. Larry knew we could provide guaranteed pickup dates for an additonal fee and choose not to. We are a broker and do not own the trucks. We arrange transportation. Our job is to report the current schedule and status to the customer. Our outstanding record speaks for itself. [ view ] |
