She placed her order on 6-16 at 3:42 in the afternoon and she cancelled as she admits on 6-18 at 8:45 in the morning less then 48 hours later. We were well within our pickup window of 48 hours having all day to dispatch when she canceled. She cancelled because she DOUBLED BOOKED WITH ANOTHER CARRIER AND WAS MAKING BOTH OF US WORK. We do not have a cancellation fee so what did she care. Her 100% refund check was mailed to her within 7 days as our terms and conditions say. When she called our office we told her it would be 10 days from the day she cancelled to receive her check. We are sorry she got confused and with we wish her well with her shipment. [ view ] |
