We are a no pressure company. We explain the process thoroughly always. We also reiterate again and again that we are here to service our customers from 8am till 11pm each and every day of the week. Unfortunately, in Megan's case, she never contacted us to assist her when there was a problem until afterwards, when our hands were tied. We wish she would have contacted us earlier when we had the ability to contract another truck instead of waiting until after it left. Upon delivery, we contacted her to discuss the discount and she went off on a tirade of curses and screeching at us. Again, we are available until 11 at night to assist our customers. Yes we are brokers as are 95% of the companies listed on transport reviews. When things went wrong for this customer we were there working for him all weekend. We answered all his phone calls and did our best to make this situation right.He was also given my personal cell number if there was a problem after we were closed at 11pm. Unfortunatly we could not make the truck driver understand that certified funds are a bank check not cash.

[ More ] | | This review by Rodney points to the fact that yes, we here at PDQ AUTO MOVERS ARE mere mortals and cannot make a truck company follow directions. The order was dispatched. The carrier insisted to us that the car was on their truck for 3 days until they realized their driver had forgotten the car.The carrier stated that the paper work for Mr Dupree was left behind and this was why he was not picked up.PDQ did everything in our power to get another transporter but Mr Dupree canceled his order before we could secure another truck. Somehow, we are to blame for this.The tuck company told us they could pick it up on there next trip out in 10 to 14 days but we tried unsuccessfully to dispatch it sooner and it would not surprise me if it is the same company who left it behind to begin with that is now moving it 12 days later.Mr. Dupree was informed that this company did offer to move it on their next trip at the time it was relized that his vehicle was left behind.
