I've never used auto transport before, but if I ever need to again, this is the company I'd use and thus, RECOMMEND THEM WITH THE HIGHEST REGARD!! Joanne was pleasant, informative and very understanding with my lack of knowledge. She answered my "stupid questions" with a sweet chuckle and answer.
Anthony, the driver, was very nice! He was pleasant with my father at the pickup and was pleasant with me at dropoff. AND he was early!! We were expecting him 2 days later, but he made good time and was VERY communicative. When we got there, HE pointed out the same things he and my father discussed (dings on the vehicle) and was very pleasant about just talking to us about his trip and how the hauler worked (again, my first time with this, so I was nosy).
I HIGHLY recommend Joanne and Parker Trucking.
