I had a brand new car purchased in Illinois transported to my daughter in the Los Angeles area. After doing a thorough reaseach, I narrowed down to two companies - Honesty First & Direct Express Auto. Without hesitation, David (Honesty First) matched the competitors quote which was $100 below his. David stayed in touch & facilitated the pick-up. The transporter assigned was Mon Trans Inc. I had expected to be called to bring the car to the nearest major road for loading. I was amazed when the trailer already loaded with 9 cars showed up right in front of my door on the secluded labyrinth of narrow streets where I live. These guys I found out were Mongolians - the don't speak or comprehend English well, but oh boy, did they more than make up for it with their service. They were very thorough in examination of the car, in loadind it, in their courtesy, and in the care of every vehicle already loaded, that had to be reloaded. Along the way, they anwered every phone call promptly and provided me with any relevant information I requested. They arrived at the destination after dusk, but I had instructed my teenage daughter not to go out at night. These guys came back the next day to make the delivery, and very cheerfully they did. I mean, I fell in love with these guys - and had to part with a tip upon delivery, ended up matching the competitor afterall. Yes, I would use Honesty First, again & again, to bring back the vehicle in the summer & to return it to Los Angeles in the fall - that is if David is still there!
