Great service and late because of snow

I chose this service because it has a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wasn't disappointed.

The customer service was professional and communicative. My representative and I were informed about the progress of the car as it crossed the country. The truck drivers were competent and the car arrived without any damage.

I had been told that the transporter would probably be enclosed, however, my car was transported in the open. This didn't bother me because I asked for open transport to save money.

The only possible problem I can think of is that the car arrived a couple of days later than predicted. This is understandable considering that my car was transported to New England during February.
