Subject:Good service but a broker
Review:They were professional when I talked to them. I had to resend items to them that they had already received. They are a broker and the Driver of the carrier told me that I could have saved $180 calling the carrier directly.Next time I will. Live and learn.

Mr. Williamson, Im not sure what you had to resend to us but there is no notes at all that you were having trouble getting any paperwork to us or that we received anything from you more than once. We are indeed a broker and we are very good at what we do. It is very difficult for customers to find a carrier that is traveling their specific route at the time they want. That is why we, the broker, are able to get the vehicle moved quicker. We have access to thousands of carriers. Your vehicle was picked up the day you wanted and delivered on time. And we actually saved you money. The carriers transport for brokers at a lower rate than if you had called them directly. We provided you excellent service and definitely do not deserve the low rating you gave us.
